President

Neosynthesis LLC is lead by Mr. Bill Xourias, who brings over 15 years of managerial and technical experience to his role as President of the company.

Mr. Xourias has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, telecommunications, medical/ healthcare, defense electronics, and manufacturing. Mr. Xourias has in-depth experience in program/project management, software architectures, information modeling, business process re-engineering, design and development of multi-tier web-based applications, and data warehousing. Additionally, he is a skilled leader and mentor, creating effective, high performance teams in all his engagements.

He has held positions, as Principal Consultant and Vice President of Software Development for Renaissance Worldwide / Align360, and was a key member of the leadership team that grew the region from an $8 Million to a $50 Million consulting division.

Vice-President of Technology

Mr. Mike Bradicich has over 12 years of technology consulting, specializing in database technologies and web-based solutions. He has designed, developed and deployed mission critical systems in telecommunications, government and financial services.

Chief Financial Officer (Acting)

Mr. Demet Anagnostiadis has over 20 years of experience in finance, law and management. He is responsible for providing consultation to Neosynthesis' management on financial and contractual matters.
