Neosynthesis LLC is lead by Mr. Bill Xourias, who brings over 20 years of managerial and technical experience to his role as President of the company.

Mr. Xourias has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, telecommunications, medical/ healthcare, defense electronics, and Government Consulting. Mr. Xourias has in-depth experience in program/project management, software architectures, design and development of multi-tier web-based applications, and data warehousing. Additionally, he is a skilled leader and mentor, creating effective, high performance teams in all his engagements.

He has held positions, as Principal Consultant and Vice President of Software Development for Renaissance Worldwide / Align360, and was a key member of the leadership team that grew the region from an $8 Million to a $50 Million consulting division.
